Return Policy   RETURNS and EXCHANGES:    All returns must include an RMA on the outside of the package. Send returns to address below.   PhatStraps Inc 6513 Smithfield Rd Suite G N Richland Hills, TX 76182   First, fill our our RMA FORM (returned merchandise) to obtain an RMA number Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted All returns must be in the original unused condition All returns will incur a 25% handling fee Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the item. Refunds are issued to your original form of payment. Shipping fees are non refundable as are service fees such as Rush processing. Personalized and Custom items are not eligible for return or exchange.  Clearance and Sale items are not eligible for refund.  If you want to exchange your strap, we will issue store credit and you will have to reorder the desired item. If your strap is too long and you just want it shortened, the cost is 10.95 for the first strap and 7.00 for each additional strap in the same shipment. (Due to sanitary reasons, we only offer this service within 7 days of receiving your strap. No Exceptions). IF THERE HAS BEEN AN ERROR ON OUR PART, YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM. NO EXCEPTIONS.     ADDITIONAL INFO: Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.). For your protection, we encourage you to send your return prepaid via a trackable method.  We do not accept COD. Save your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return delivery. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company. When requesting a refund, your original credit card will be credited once your return is processed. Any package received without an RMA number or expired RMA number will be refused and returned at the buyer's expense. Any products returned to PhatStraps Inc that do not meet our return requirements will also be returned at the buyer's expense.
