RETURNS and EXCHANGES: 

 

All returns must include an RMA on the outside of the package.

  • If you need to return or exchange your straps for any reason please be sure to contact us first.
  • After contacting our return department you will be provided with a RMA (returned merchandise) Form and an RMA number. A completed RMA Form and RMA number are necessary for us to accept your return.  
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot offer returns or exchanges on items more than 30 days after purchase. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.
  • All returns must be in the original, unused condition.
  • There is a 25% handling fee for all returns.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the item. Refunds are issued to your original form of payment.
  • Shipping fees and service fees such as rush processing are non-refundable costs.
  • Because of the personal nature of customized items, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Clearance and Sale items are not eligible for refunds. 
  • For strap exchanges we offer store credit which you can use to reorder another item.
  • If you accidentally order a strap that is too long we, for your convenience we offer a strap shortening service. The cost is $10.95 for the first strap and each additional strap in the same shipment is only $7.00. (Due to sanitary reasons we can only shorten straps that are unused and within 7 days of strap receipt.)

 

IF THERE HAS BEEN AN ERROR ON OUR PART, YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

 

ADDITIONAL INFO:

Unless the item is being returned as a result of our error, return shipping costs are non-refundable. We always recommend any returns be sent prepaid with a tracking number or other tracking service. We do not accept C.O.D. returns. Please save your shipping receipt and tracking number until return is completed. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit. Because of our return system we have to refund your money through the same means as purchase. So if you use a credit card for payment, we will refund the same card for returns.

GIFT CARDS: Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value. Items that were purchased with a gift card and returned are eligible for store credit only.


Unfortunately we cannot process any packet with an expired or missing RMA number. Any returns without an RMA number will be returned at the sender’s expense. Any returned products that do not meet our return requirements will also be returned at the sender’s expense. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.
