LOVE these straps March 10, 2011

Phatstraps has great customer service. This strap actually was incorrect when I first received it. Upon emailing Phatstraps, they immediately apologized for their mistake and made another strap that was correct. I received the correct strap super fast. It isn't often that a company will own up to their mistake and be so fast to correct it. I will definitely buy more straps to give as gifts because I think everyone who has a camera should have one! I bought this for my husband so he doesn't have to wear my pink & black strap :-)
