How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. You can also view our shipping page for our shipping methods and rates offered.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
 

Please see our Return Policy and contact us via email for return info. We will issue an RMA number if your item qualifies for a return. Please write that number on the outside of the box. Returns without an RMA number will be refused.

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
 

Returns and Exchanges

PhatStraps does have a return policy for up to 30 days from purchase. Please email us prior to returning your item so we can issue an RMA number. All returns must have an RMA number or they may be refused.

All returns must be received within 10 days of issuing an RMA. Items received after the 10 days will be refused. Claims of not receiving an RMA are unacceptable. We strongly encourage you to use a reliable shipper to ensure proper delivery times.

All returns must be in the original condition in which the item was received.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all returns will incur a 25% re-stocking fee.

Return requests due to our straps not fitting your device are still subject to the restocking fee and all parts of our return policy.


Shipping fees are non refundable and the buyer is responsible for any shipping fees incurred with a return.



Personalized items are not eligible for return


Sale items on the Ready to Ship page are not eligible for return.



If there has been an error on our part, we must be contacted within 3 days of receipt. No Exceptions

GIFT CARDS: Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value. Items that were purchased with a gift card and returned are eligible for store credit only.

Note: Any claims regarding error on our part or defective items within 30 days of purchase will only be fixed or replaced with the exact item as ordered. We cannot accept requests for changes to the original order.

When will my order ship?
  All items are handmade in the USA after they are ordered. We require a production time of 6-8 business days before your order ships. If we can get the item(s) out sooner, we certainly will. You may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment (if a trackable shipping method was selected).
Please note: Our 6-8 business day production time does not apply to "Rush" orders or "Ready to Ship".
