30 Day Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days of purchase receipt.* The item must be in its original condition and accompanied with a copy of your invoice or name and order number.  Please tell us why you are returning our product, so that we can continue to improve our service.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.). For your protection, we encourage you to send your return prepaid via UPS or FedEx or other trackable method.  We do not accept COD. Save your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return delivery. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company.
When requesting a refund, your original credit card will be credited once your return is processed. 

Handling and Restocking Fee

All returns/exchanges will incur a 20% handling and restocking fee plus additional shipping if you are requesting an exchange. 

Exchanges

Please contact us via email for specific instructions regarding an exchange.  Once we receive the returned item, it will be 4-7 business days before we ship out the new strap.    Returns are NOT accepted after 30 days from the purchase date.  Returns received after that time will be refused.

THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON PERSONALIZED OR CUSTOM ORDERS UNLESS PHATSTRAPS WAS AT FAULT (missing, damaged, defective or incorrect item sent). 
Please inspect your strap upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is an error on our part. We must be contacted with 5 days of receipt.

If you need your strap shortened, please send the strap back with a note explaining exactly how much to take off.  Please include a check payable to PhatStraps for 4.95 to cover shipping the strap back to you.
